Alphabet Holding, which owns Google, announced that Eric Schmidt (Eric Schmidt) and Diane Green (Diane Greene) will not qualify for the extension of their membership on the company’s board of directors, which expires on June 19, 2019.

Diane Green has been a member of the board since January 2012. From December 2015 she headed the corporation’s cloud business, Google Cloud. In January 2019, she left this post.
