Issue 1 went on sale May 13, 2026. Marvel first planned the book as a five issue run, then expanded it into an ongoing series. Issue 5 is scheduled for September 23, 2026, the book skips October, and issue 6 is due November 25, 2026.
Spider Man: Long Way Home
Long Way Home is a self contained, out of continuity story written by Jonathan Hickman and drawn by Adam Kubert, with colors by Frank Martin. Kubert drew the main cover for issue 1, and Dave Johnson provided a foil variant.
It is set early in the Marvel Universe, before Frank Castle becomes the Punisher and while the Hulk is still mostly a rumor. A.I.M. has built a Cosmic Cube somewhere in the jungles of South America, and Peter Parker, Castle and Bruce Banner all go after it. Each wants to keep the Cube out of the wrong hands, and none of them trusts the others. Issue 1 went on sale June 17, 2026, and the series runs five issues.
