Jennifer’s Body 2 might finally be happening. Fallout co-showrunner Geneva Robertson-Dworet teases the Ghoul’s trip to Colorado in season 3. Plus, get another look at tonight’s Daredevil: Born Again premiere. Spoilers get!

    The MCU

Dakota Fanning has confirmed to The Direct there’s no truth to the rumors she’s in talks to join the MCU in any capacity.

There hasn’t been, no. But I would be totally open to it. Sometimes I’ll see [rumors] on Instagram. I’m like, I need to call my agent to see what’s going on. But no, there hasn’t been any truth to those thus far.

I’ve never really thought about it. But I’d be down! I’ll try anything. I’d do anything, if someone would have me.

    Flood

According to World of Reel, Zach Cregger and Netflix have reached a deal on a “robust” theatrical release for his planned sci-fi film, Flood, which may now “potentially be his next film.” The story is said to follow “a deep-space exploration team aboard the Spiritus Mundi, who pick up a strange, recurring signal from a remote planet. Captain Elena Voss leads the mission to investigate, only to discover a bizarre alien artifact that starts warping time, reality, and the crew’s minds.”

    Jennifer’s Body 2

According to Dread Central, Diablo Cody has confirmed she’s now writing a sequel to Jennifer’s Body at a Storytelling 360 screenwriting panel in Los Angeles.

    Supergirl

In response to a fan on Threads, James Gunn confirmed Supergirl is chronologically set between Superman and the upcoming Man of Tomorrow.

    Faces of Death

Discussing Film has word the one-sheet posters for the Faces of Death remake have been “rejected for in-theater placement, with regulators citing imagery that is ‘too intense’ for environments where children may be present.”

    The Mandalorian & Grogu

Din Djarin bemoans “gangsters, war criminals, and monsters” in the latest TV spot for The Mandalorian & Grogu.

In two months, Star Wars returns to the big screen.

    Fallout

In conversation with SFX Magazine, showrunner Geneva Robertson-Dworet suggested the supporting cast of Fallout will not be following the Ghoul to Colorado.

He still needs to figure out exactly where he’s going. Of course, Lucy and Max and many of our other characters are not necessarily heading to Colorado, so we’re very excited to unveil new locations next season. In Fallout, you’re always journeying and exploring and building your map out bigger, so that’s what we want to be mimetic of.

The show is always going to get bigger and bigger and explore new regions. There are definitely a few things from the game that we’ve wanted to do since season one. Now, it’s narratively the right time to get to them but I don’t want to say more than that and spoil it.

    It: Welcome to Derry

Barbara Muschietti provided Collider with an update on the second season of It: Welcome to Derry.

It is going to be official. We’re all working towards it. We are working, the studio is working. It’s just that we want to make it real, and we need the material.

Sometimes the announcements come a little delayed because of deals and stuff. I don’t want to get too granular about it, but there’s a general intention to make it happen.

A lot of times, the announcements are the studio having to declare their confidence for the show. We don’t need that because clearly we’re good. So, when we do the green light, it’s a real green light. It’s not just like, ‘Okay, well, we’ll try to put this out so people watch the show.’ People have watched the show. It’s good.

    Daredevil: Born Again

Finally, Daredevil takes down more members of the Anti-Vigilante Task Force in a new clip from tonight’s second season premiere.
