The Tor Project team has released an alpha version of its browser for Android devices. This is reported on the project website.
You can download the installation files from GooglePlay or from the page on the official website. The release of the stable version is scheduled for the beginning of 2019.
The main features of Tor Browser for Android:
- Lock trackers;
- Protection from surveillance;
- Protection against identification;
- Layered encryption;
- Free access to sites blocked locally.
Earlier, Tor Project did not have a mobile browser. As for the iOS version, so far the project team says nothing about plans in this direction.
