How Inner Circle works
Inner Circle replaces the shared family account with a group of independent accounts. The key rules, as Visible describes them:
- Up to seven members. That count includes you, so you can invite up to six other people. They can be family, roommates, friends or neighbors.
- Separate accounts. Every member signs up for their own Visible account and line. You cannot stack several lines under one login.
- No primary account holder. A Circle has an admin, but no member can change another member’s account, and each person is responsible for their own service.
- Flexible payment. Each member chooses whether to pay their own bill, pay for others, or let someone else pay for them. Nobody is required to do either.
- Limited sharing. Members see only each other’s first name, last initial and the last four digits of the phone number.
- Leave any time. Members can switch plans, leave or join another Circle without affecting anyone else’s service.
How to set up an Inner Circle
- Create a Visible account and activate a plan. Each person who joins needs their own account first.
- Log in to the Visible app or website and create an Inner Circle from your account settings.
- Send invitations to the people you want to add.
- Each invitee opens the link and accepts it within 24 hours, then picks how they want to pay.
- Members on Visible+ or Visible+ Pro then see the $5 monthly credit applied.
What a family actually pays
Because the Inner Circle discount is a flat $5 per eligible line, the math is simple. A household of four on Visible+ pays $120 a month in total, or $30 per line. The same four people on the basic Visible plan pay $100 a month, with no discount but also no premium data or Ultra Wideband access. On Visible+ Pro, four lines come to $160 a month.
Compared with the big three postpaid carriers, Visible’s pricing per line is already low, so Inner Circle is less about deep multi line savings and more about convenience: one person can cover the whole family’s bills from their own account, while everyone keeps their own phone number and settings.
