Microsoft renamed Bing Ads advertising service to Microsoft Advertising .
The new name, not focused on the Bing search engine, shows that the company’s advertising solutions are no longer limited to search inventory and data.
In advertising, Microsoft focuses on AI and personalization.
“Next year we will introduce even more promotional products with built-in AI – more associated with your data and business”, – said Vice President of Microsoft Advertising Rick van der Kuy (Rik van der Kooi).
Last year, the company launched the Microsoft Audience Network advertising network and also allowed it to use LinkedIn data for targeting, which expanded the range of available promotion opportunities.
According to the latest data, more than 500 thousand advertisers use Microsoft Advertising.
