Black Friday is still more than three weeks away, and Google has already cut its whole Pixel 11 lineup to the lowest prices it has ever carried. The Pixel 11 is $699, down from $899. The Pixel 11 Pro is $799, the Pro XL is $949 and the Pro Fold is $1,649. Amazon and Best Buy are matching the Google Store, and Best Buy has openly labeled the offer a “Holiday Deal.”
The obvious question is whether this is the bottom. Retail editors at TechRadar and elsewhere think it probably is for the base model. We went back to what happened to the Pixel 10 last November to check that instinct, and the answer is more nuanced: for the cheapest Pixel, this deal is already close to last year’s floor. For the Pro, history suggests there may still be a little room.
Every Pixel 11 price right now
All prices below are for unlocked 256GB models. The Google Store discounts are roughly double what Google offered during its early October sale, which itself ran alongside Amazon’s Prime Big Deal Days.

Two details are worth knowing before you click buy. First, the 512GB Pixel 11 Pro also gets more RAM, 16GB instead of 12GB, and the same percentage discount applies to it, so the upgrade is cheaper in dollars than it was at launch. Second, Google says it is running a referral program again for the Pixel 11, which can stack another discount on top if a friend sends you a code. Check the terms on the Google Store, because those offers often exclude sale prices.
What happened to the Pixel 10 last year
Google has a habit of discounting Pixels early and then nudging prices once more around Thanksgiving. Here is how last year’s lineup bottomed out, using launch prices and the lowest deals reported between Black Friday and Cyber Monday 2025:
- Pixel 10: $599, down from $799, a 25% cut. It hit that price around November 20.
- Pixel 10 Pro: $749 for Black Friday, then $699 on Cyber Monday at Amazon, down from $999. That is 30% off.
- Pixel 10 Pro XL: $899, down from $1,199, a 25% cut.
Now apply those same percentages to this year’s list prices and you get a fair estimate of where the Pixel 11 could land if Google repeats the pattern.
Put plainly, waiting for the base Pixel 11 could save you about $25 if Google matches last year’s percentage, and nothing if it does not. For the Pro, the possible saving is closer to $30 to $100, depending on whether retailers repeat last year’s Cyber Monday drop. The Pro XL is already cheaper, relative to list price, than its predecessor ever got.
The dates that matter
There is a real risk in waiting: the sale could end on November 8 and prices could climb back to the October levels for two weeks before Black Friday. That is what tends to happen with Google’s early promos. The risk is not that you miss the deal forever, it is that you pay $50 more if you need a phone between those dates.
Which Pixel 11 to buy at these prices
The discounts change the lineup math. At full price, the $200 gap between the Pixel 11 and Pixel 11 Pro is hard to justify. At sale prices, that gap shrinks to $100, and the Pro starts to look like the better deal.

When we compared the two at full price, we found that the $200 gap between the Pixel 11 and Pixel 11 Pro mostly buys a camera, since they tie on speed and battery life. Cut that gap to $100 and the Pro’s far larger telephoto sensor, autofocus ultrawide and sharper screen become an easy add. The Pro also gets the HiLight notification LED around the camera flash, a small but fun extra.
The Pro XL at $949 makes sense if you want the bigger screen and battery. The Pro Fold at $1,649 is the weakest deal of the four at just 13% off, and foldables historically see their deepest cuts later in their cycle.
What about the Pixel 10 at $599?
The Google Store is also selling the Pixel 10 for $599 in Indigo and Frost, and the Pixel 10a for $549. For $100 more, the Pixel 11 gets you a newer chip, double the base storage (256GB versus 128GB), a larger 48MP main sensor and one more year of updates, since Google’s seven-year promise starts from each model’s launch. That is a lot for $100. Unless you are buying for a kid or a backup phone, we would skip the Pixel 10 at that price.
- Buy from a retailer with a holiday return window. Best Buy usually extends returns on items bought in November into January, so you can return and rebuy if the price falls further.
- Check price match terms before buying. Best Buy has a price match guarantee on its own price drops during the return period, but read the exclusions for holiday events.
- Keep the box sealed until Cyber Monday if you are not in a hurry. An unopened return is the easiest kind.
- Compare unlocked and carrier deals. Mint Mobile and the big three carriers offer much bigger headline discounts, but they tie you to a plan or bill credits over 24 to 36 months.
